OUR STORY TCM has been part of my life for over 30 years, passed down through my mother. But during the demanding years of building my career, I barely paid attention to it. I pushed through the stress, exhaustion, and burnout. It was not until postpartum recovery and raising children that I truly began to appreciate what TCM could offer. It helped restore my energy and brought me back to a greater sense of balance. Yet for many women today, traditional wellness still feels distant and disconnected from everyday life.
